Founded in 1970, Beyers’ Plastics became over the years a specialized producer of polyethylene packaging for the biopharmaceutical, medical and all other industries which require clean packaging like food, aerospace, solar energy, semi-conductor and chemistry.

At Beyers’ Plastics quality and safety are of the utmost importance. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified and have a GMP-oriented production process in place. This means that we follow strict guidelines and regulations to ensure that our products are consistently produced and controlled to the highest quality standards.

One of the key ways we maintain quality control is through our ‘Notification of Change procedure‘. This procedure is strictly adhered to whenever there is a change in manufacturing, resin or legal status. Any changes made to our products are fully documented and that we can maintain full traceability from resin to finished product.

In addition to our Notification of Change procedure, we also have full traceability throughout our entire production process. This is because we conduct in-house extrusion and bag making, allowing us to control the entire production flow from resin to finished product.

All of our cleanroom made products are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis, indicating conformity with agreed specifications. This certificate also states compliance with EU regulations.

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean environment in a cleanroom. That’s why we conduct ongoing particle monitoring of our cleanrooms, both by our own staff and by external control organizations. Our products are free from contaminants and suitable for use in the most demanding cleanroom applications.

Our facilities are ISO certified, guaranteeing polyethylene bags and tube for use in the most demanding cleanroom applications. Upon request, we can supply certified sterilized products, tailor-made to customer specifications.
