To meet these demands, we extrude polyethylene film in a cleanroom Class 7 environment. This ensures that the finished product is free from contaminants and is suitable for use in the most demanding cleanroom applications. Our range of films is based on pharma-grade resins that can be customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers. The extruded film can be supplied as such for lamination purposes or converted into sheets and bags in one of our cleanroom Class 7 environments. This guarantees that the final product is of the highest quality.
Full traceability
All cleanroom made bags and sheets are double or triple packed. Each product is individually labeled in order to guarantee full traceability throughout the whole supply chain . Printing is done with Isopropanol resistant ink, in conformity with applicable EU regulations.
Our facilities are ISO certified, guaranteeing polyethylene bags and tube for use in the most demanding cleanroom applications. Upon request, we can supply certified sterilized products, tailor-made to customer specifications.
