These bags are specifically designed to keep medical supplies clean and safe from contamination, as well as providing antiseptic protection. These can be sterilized by our partners with Gamma irradiation or X-Ray including the needed certifications.
Our cleanroom products are manufactured according to GMP guidelines in ISO Class 7, in compliance with EU regulations. Our manufacturing plant is ISO certified.
Our facilities are ISO certified, guaranteeing polyethylene bags and tube for use in the most demanding cleanroom applications. Upon request, we can supply certified sterilized products, tailor-made to customer specifications.
We convert polyethylene film, based on pharma grade resins in line with standards for pharma packaging, into bags and sheets in one of our cleanroom Class 7 environments. We offer widths from 150 up to 2200 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm in gauges from 20 up to 200 microns. All our cleanroom products are custom made and can be ISO certified upon request.
